Went there today for a new charger for my phone as it was charging really slow and i didn’t know why thankfully i saw Rebecca and she was very informative about my options and talked me through the differences i left with a fast charging wall plug and cable and I’ll definitely be returning for all my phone needs thank you Rebecca.

Came into the store today with a stuck sim card in my phone and was served by Quinine. Her customer service was absolutely excellent, and she quickly solved my problem within a few minutes. Would definitely recommend Phone Planet over any of the nearby phone repair shops.
