Amar was very helpful, I travelled to this particular cellmate, as I had seen all the reviews. Can safely say its worth it. I had my screen fixed, and they had it fixed in under 30 minutes, knowing I had travelled. Grateful for the great customer services too.

Bought a refurbished iPhone XS Space grey from this store. Worst mistake of my life. I noticed a lot of issues with the phone the day i bought it like screen glitching, speakers not working, microphone not picking up my voice and the battery was messed up running out of battery after just 2.5 hours of use. The phone randomly restarts. Keep in mind, i noticed all of this after just a day. I sent it back to them for a replacement as I still had my warranty and the device was barely used from my end. A few days later i called them to get an update and they said they didn't get a phone from me. They even tried to upsell me by getting me to upgrade and buy an iPhone 11 Pro. Shocked, I drove over there and they said Oh it's you." I said i am fed up and I want my $475 back. Horrible experience. If your are buying a phone from here. Don't

Amar and the team at Cellmate are fantastic. I first took my phone in to get a price for a camera replacement. They actually suggested I could try and see if the manufacturer would cover it under warranty instead of just taking my money. After trying and failing to get it covered under warranty I went back and the team did a fantastic job repairing my camera for a extremely reasonable price. I highly recommend Amar and his team.
