I went to the shop Wednesday 5th of April around 4:30pm and there was a staff member sitting down with his legs on the table and ignored the customers, and he then proceeded to ask what do you want with a rude attitude. I began to speak to him with respect and told him to sit properly and respect customers, he then rudely told me to leave the shop.I’ve been with Vodafone for more then 10 years, and from now on I will move to a different company because of the bad reputation they have shown.

Great service. While upgrading my phone, the staff were very nice, especially Deepak. The team took their time to make sure i got what i was after. While waiting for the transfer of data, i was offered a coffee voucher. The team was very friendly and even engaged in conversation of other topics.

My uncle bought a new iphone here in Feb 22. He doesn't speak much English and he liked that the shop assistant there was able to speak Vietnamese with him. He wanted to pay for the phone outright but still had to sign up for a phone plan. He was able to pay for the phone outright but for some reason the shop assistant sold him an accessory plan that he didn't need. He didn't realise this had happened because the written information was all in English and the assistant did not explain that he had been signed up for a $400 phone accessory package that he had to pay off in 36 monthly instalments of $15. When he cancelled his plan and received his monthly bill that was $400 more than he was expecting, I called up Vodafone on his behalf and they explained that he had signed up for the accessory package. He insists that he didn't agree to this. He mentioned that when he bought his phone, the shop assistant started putting on a screen protector for him without him asking and he was surprised but didn't say anything. My other relative that was with him was also surprised but they just thought it was part of the good service. The shop assistant hadn't asked them to do this and hadn't told my uncle that he'd just been charged for $400 worth of goods he didn't need. My uncle was not happy when he found out and neither was I. He did not speak English very well and did not read English so he did not know what he was signing up for. The sales assistant who spoke my uncle's language took advantage of this so he could sell him $400 worth of things he did not need. Avoid this shop if you do not want to be taken advantage of.

I went in on a Tuesday and had called previously and spoke to Deepak, I wanted to trade in my phone and upgrade and still keep the same phone plan , he said on the phone he would sort it all out for me and I would not have to do anything, he did a lovely job no issues at all and sorted everything out as he said he would , also gave me a complimentary coffee while waiting, great service from him and I will definitely be going back to that store in future if I need anything I will ask for Deepak , he explained everything to me and made sure I knew how everything was going to work along with him just doing it all for me , very helpful and great customer service, kept the conversation going for the long amount of time I was there !
