This is a genuine review after having my phone repaired and i am happy with the way I was treated from their staff, some small communication difficulties. But we worked it out. I would recommend them. Yes they wanted an on the spot 5 star review. This review came after my dealings. 4 stars from myself is good.A nice group of young people. Thanks

Today i took my partner to get a gel screen protector for his new birthday phone. It was reasonable price so i got one for myself too. The lady who served us was very friendly and very professional. She did a good job on the gel protector on both our phones. She even pointed out the line on our protector and said it will take 2 hrs to 2 weeks to fade if not bring phone and receipt back and she will replace it for free. We are very happy with the service today.

Excellent service, iPad fixed in time given. Staff went above and beyond to help. The manager even helped us when shop was shut to put a cover on iPad when she could have asked us to come back. Prices very competitive and excellent service. I would recommend to anyone to go here. Thank you Phone Planet for a great experience. I will only go back to you in the future.
