Got my IPhone 7 fitted with a new screen here and the service was quick and efficient. However, an hour later I noticed that it was not installed properly, as none of my touches were registering on the top half a centimetre of the screen (meaning I can’t access apps and simple navigation). I could not take it back as it was past open hours but I found a short term fix for this by pressing down the phone screen, giving me a few minutes access to the top half a centimetre of the screen. In doing this I accidentally cracked the new screen, but was hoping to still get a replacement considering it was not installed properly. Once I took it back, I was only offered a new screen for 20% off the original price, as I could not prove that the defect happened on their behalf due to the cosmetic damage from pressing the screen in. This is understandable, but I am still unsatisfied with this, as the damage would not have occurred had the phone screen been installed properly. It’s disappointing that I was not compensated for the screen when it was not installed properly in the first place.

I bought a screen protector from JB and asked them to apply for me as I have little time to get back to work.And I am very disappointed with the result I got.There is bubbles everywhere on my phone and It looks way worse than before.I have paid $10 and on top of that had to pay $30 for the screen protector at JB.I have wasted my money and I warn everyone to stay away from this shop for any screen protector services.

Got my iPhone 11 Pro max screen fixed here and I am now getting a notification from setting saying a Unknown part is determine in your iPhone display " meaning my screen isn't the right apple part for my iPhone and know my screen has horizontal flickers and colours every time I use my phone for more than 2 minutes."

Warning, I was scammed here. I purchased a sim card tray for what should have been 50cents. At the time of purchase, I asked for a receipt as I always do. Instead of giving me an official eftpos receipt, the man there gave me a receipt he printed on a different machine at the back of the stand, where he manually entered 50cents as the price. However I was charged $50 and only noticed when looking through my bank account later that month. He typed $50 on the eftpos machine which I used by paywave. When I came back to the store and raised this with him, he could not explain why it happened and why he had created a fake receipt at the time. He was very sheepish about it, and tried to say that he always has good reviews and that it shouldn't be reported. You could maybe explain away 50c turning into $5 as a mistaken extra zero, but to get to $50... not a mistake.Always check the amount he puts on the machine before you pay!Edit: See the owners response below, further confirming this is something they have done more than once, as the description and dates given do not match what happened to me and my experience. They have confused this with someone else asI was never desperate for a sim tray, and I have a receipt for 50cents that was fabricated as the 'correct price' when I was charged $50. That was not a mistake, which is why the owner tried to come up with reasons for why I shouldn't report them or leave a review when I asked for a refund.Indeed, it is a bad and stupid habit of the owner to forge receipts and overcharge customers. And how inappropriate to reply and mention forgiveness and feelings - this is a business matter.Be careful shopping here, or even better, avoid altogether!

Taken an iPad and iPhone here now. Both times I've had issues with these people. Repairs are faulty and cheap Chinese parts used. Replacement iPad screen peels away from the iPad. Also Paid $180 to have an iPhone screen replaced and it had dead pixels. Only take stuff to apple in the future. Never again.
